Ingredients

    ~ 2 cups plain yogurt (Brown Cow)
    ~ 1/2 Vidala Onion, grated
    ~ 1/2 to 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
    ~ 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    ~ 1/8 to 1/2 tsp White Wine Vinegar
    ~ Salt & White Pepper to taste
    ~ 1 tsp Chives
    ~ 1 tblsp Parsley
