1 cup Choc. Rice Milk
1/2 Frozen Banana
4 Frozen Strawberries
1 tbsp of Almond Nut Butter
1 teaspoon of Orange Cod Liver Oil
*Blend then add
1 scoop of Choc. Protein Powder
Reduce Calories just replace rice milk with water.
(don't blend Protein- denature the amino acids)
In vita mix low setting to stir it in.
Other blenders you must not minimize blending, best to shake.
