Introduction

Veggie stir fry - We usually have it as a main dish so there could be more servings when used as a side. Veggie stir fry - We usually have it as a main dish so there could be more servings when used as a side.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 pound baby red potatoes
    small bag of baby carrots (16 oz)
    2 cups of raw snow peas
    2 tbls of butter
    garlic

Directions

Cut potatoes into chunks. Boil potatoes and carrots together until easily pierced with a fork. Drain.
Saute butter and garlic in a large fry pan, then add potatoes, carrots and snow peas. Saute vegetables for about 5 minutes or until done.
