Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can diced tomato
    1 bell pepper diced
    1 onion diced
    3 cloves garlic diced
    2 c dried lentils
    5 cup water
    1 tbs oregano
    salt
    pepper
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    270 g diced carrots
    1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

saute veggies in olive oil
about 5 min
add lentils and tomatoes and water
bring to boil
reduce heat 30 min, till tender
makes (8 )1 cup serving
