Chicken & Shrimp Pasta, with Fresh VeggiesSubmitted by: KATSPAWPRINTS
2 oz. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest, Whole Wheat Linguine, 2 oz
4 oz. Shrimp, cooked, 4 oz
3 oz. Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 oz.
1/2 cup Green Peppers, chopped
1/2 cup Red Peppers, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
2 Tbs. Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing
1 clove Garlic
Five minutes before pasta is done, add shrimp, chicken, and garlic to pan to warm up. Add dressing, stir well until heated through.
Drain pasta, add to pan, toss to coat. Salt and pepper to taste.
NOTES: You can buy pre-cooked shrimp and chicken if you like. You really only need to heat it up. By doing this, it only takes about 15 minutes to make this entire meal. If you decide to cook your own shrimp and chicken, the cooking time is increased to about 30-45 minutes.
