Ginger Carrot Meatloaf

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    10 oz lean ground turkey
    1 cup baby carrots
    1 cup mushroom
    1 cup onion
    1 egg
    6 saltines
    1 c. Ginger sesame salad dressing

Directions

Take all vegetables and pummel them into tiny bits in your food processor (the idea is that no one would know that this thing is PACKED full of veg).
Mix Ground Turkey, vegetables, egg, crackers and .5 c of Ginger sesame salad dressing
Settle mix in a loaf pan, and heat oven to 350.
Bake until done all the way through, glazing periodically with remaining dressing.
