Ingredients

    4 cups cabbage (shredded)
    1/4 cup green pepper (rough chopped)
    1/2 cup onion (lrg. diced)
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. grd. mustard
    1/8 tsp. celery seed

Directions

Shred cabbage, dice onions and green pepper and mix all together in medium bowl. In small sauce pot mix remainder of ing. and bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer, stirring, until sugar desolves. Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or over night. serves 6
