Corn Muffin Loaf

Ingredients

    2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

    2 eggs

    2/3 cup skim milk

    1 - 11oz. can Mexican Style Corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 400.

Dran juice from Corn.

Combine muffin mix, eggs, milk and corn.

Mix well and pour into greased 9x9 pan.

Bake until center is cooked through.

Enjoy!
