Spinach Salad with Salmon

Introduction

I love this salad yummy and filling! I love this salad yummy and filling!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 oz salmon
    2 cup fresh baby spinach
    1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
    1/4 cup sliced red onion
    1/2 chopped tomato
    1 serving of fat free croutons (small)
    3 tbsp fat free Raspberry salad dressing
    1 slice of crispy bacon (crumbled)

Directions

In a skillet heated and sprayed with nonstick olive oil spray add salmon cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. If you like it cooked more just cook it longer. In a salad bowl add spinach, mushrooms, tomato, & red onion. Drizzle with dressing, add croutons, bacon and lay salmon on top. Enjoy!! Makes 1 serving. I like to warm my dressing!
