1 1/2 cups raw long-grain white rice
juice of 2 small limes (or 1 large)
zest of 1 lime (aprox 1 Tbsp)
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp salt
Directions
Cook rice according to package instructions, or in rice cooker.
When cooked, fluff with fork. Stir in all other ingredients and serve hot.
