Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken
    4 to 5 chicken breast frozen or at room temp
    2 cups of milk if at room temp or 1.5 cups if frozen
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Dump about 1/4 c of chicken soup in the bottom of crock pot, add 1/2 c of milk. Add chicken breast, top with salt and pepper. Top with remaining soup and milk. No need to stir, cook on low all day....
Serve on top of rice (non included in nutritional info) ot pastas or anything you would like on :)
