Chicken broccoli rice casserole

Introduction

I mixed 2 recipes I found to make this one. My family loves it! I mixed 2 recipes I found to make this one. My family loves it!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    12 oz boiled chicken breast (no skin, no bone)
    1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    Garlic powder to taste
    3 cups cooked brown rice
    24 oz frozen broccoli (steamed)
    1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix together everything but cheeses. Put in pan and sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 10 1-cup servings.
