Banana Bread

Introduction

A nice treat! A nice treat!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1/4 cup of margarine
    1 cup of sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 cup flour (I used white whole wheat)
    1/4 tsp of salt
    3 large bananas (mashed)
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Add baking soda to bananas, mash and set aside. Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in egg. Fold in flour sifted with salt. Mix in bananas with baking soda. Add vanilla. Bake in greased loaf pan for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. After cools, cut loaf into 10 slices.
