Turkey Stir Fry

Introduction

A great new way to use turkey leftovers. A great new way to use turkey leftovers.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    20 oz. chopped turkey, white and dark meat
    1 pkg. (16 oz.) Deluxe Stir Fry frozen Vegetables
    3 Tbs. olive oil
    8 oz. shredded cabbage
    4 Tbs. dry sherry (not cooking sherry)
    2 Tbs. soy sauce
    salt to taste
    garlic powder to taste

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet. Add frozen vegetables. When they begin to get warm, add turkey, cabbage and all sauces. Mix well. Add spices. Continue to saute until all liquid is gone. Serve hot.
