Ginny's Fresh Salsa

Introduction

This is always a hit! This is always a hit!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    4-5 chopped tomatoes
    1 medium sweet onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    jalapeno peppers (I like it hot, so I dice them, and use lots), diced, to taste
    1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
    Juice of 1/2 lime (to taste)
    2-3 cloves garlic, minced
    Salt (to taste, I often don't add any)

Directions

Mix all ingredients and let sit for about an hour to let the flavors blend. For chunky salsa, chop and dice your vegetables. If you like a smoother salsa, you can whirl it in your blender.
