Pistachio Pound Cake

Introduction

I used the Pillsbury Reduced Sugar cake mix and sugar free pistachio pudding. I used the Pillsbury Reduced Sugar cake mix and sugar free pistachio pudding.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 Box Pillsbury Yellow Reduced Sugar Cake Mix
    1 pkg sugar free pistachio pudding (4 servings)
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup egg beaters (egg substitute)
    8 oz softened light cream cheese
    1 container (4 oz) unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 t. almond flavoring
    1 cup water

Directions

Mix dry cake mix and pudding. Add softened cream cheese, eggs and substitute, water, applesauce and almond flavoring. Beat about 3 min. on med speed in mixer. Grease bundt pan, then spray w/ Pam.
Bake in oven, preheated 350 for 60-70 min until toothpick comes out clean.
