Sunflower Seed Spread

Introduction

Perfect on celery or crackers. Perfect on celery or crackers.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 c hulled raw unsalted sunflower seeds
    2 T olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt, pepper and desired spices to taste
    2 T water or more to desired consistency

Directions

Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and whirl away until smooth. Makes 8 2-T servings.
