Introduction

Fresh pork chops marinated in Eating Right's Poppyseed & Carmelized Onion dressing! Fresh pork chops marinated in Eating Right's Poppyseed & Carmelized Onion dressing!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Fresh Pork Chops (4 chops, boneless-skinless, fat removed)
    Eating Right Poppyseed & Carmelized Onion dressing (6 Tbsp)

Directions

* In large Ziploc bag combine pork chops and dressing
* Zip bag closed (leaving some air inside) and shake to coat pork with dressing
* Set oven on 375 degrees to preheat, and let pork marinate for 10 minutes
* Spray glass pan with cooking spray (or lightly grease with olive oil), and add pork chops - top with marinade liquid
* Bake in oven for 35 minutes
* Remove, cover, and let sit for 5-10 minutes
* Serve & Enjoy!
(tip: for more flavor marinate overnight in refrigerator)
