Ingredients

    12 oz penne
    15 oz can chickpeas
    7 oz roasted peppers
    6 oz marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 cup scallions
    1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted
    1 cup feta cheese crumbled

Directions

boil penne as directed. reserve 1 cup water. In a large non stick skillet over medium heat toss chickpeas, peppers, artichoke hearts, scallions and olives until hot. Toss with drained pasta, feta and pepper to taste. Add reserved water as needed.
