Banana-Chia Smoothie, serves 3-4

Introduction

Refreshing, nutritious, and low-cal! Refreshing, nutritious, and low-cal!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 small bananas
    3/4 c mountain high vanilla fat-free yogurt
    3/4 c 1% Milk
    1 scant Tbsp agave nectar
    12 ice cubes
    1/2 c chia gel (made using 1 scant tablespoon chia seed and 1/2 c water. Whisk and let sit for about 10 minutes to make a gel. This will add nutrition and substance without calories, since it's mostly water.)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Makes 3 12-oz servings
