This is a twist to other chicken salad that use Miracle Whip rather than Mayo. If you use Light Mayo there are 27 less calories, but cholesterol is 1mg higher and sodium is 33 mg higher... Ingredients

    4TBSP regular Mayo
    1/3 Cup Sweetened Dried Cranberries - chopped
    1/3 Cup chopped onion
    1/3 Cup chopped Celery
    3 1/2 Cups Cooked chopped chicken breast - boneless, skinless
    5 Pecans Finely Chopped
    1 Large Hard Boiled Edd - chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients well.
Serve on lettuce lined plates, low cal/fat bagels or bread, or with pita chips.
