Rice Noodle Spaghetti

Introduction

This is great for those of us who need less simple carbs. This is great for those of us who need less simple carbs.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. grd. beef, extra lean
    1/2 large onion
    2 cloves roasted garlic
    2 cups diced tomatoes or combination of tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
    2 oz. rice noodles
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Makes 4 servings

Brown grd beef while sauteeing onion and garlic. Add diced tomatoes and rice noodles. Let simmer until noodles are the right consistency for your taste. Stir in parmesan. Serve
