GRANDMA'S MOLASSES "UNSULPHURED" Mild; (1Tbs.), 0.062 tbsp.
Nature's Path Smart Bran Cereal (2/3 c.), 2.50 serving.
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) , plus 3 Tbsp. water for the flax seed!
Flax Seed, ground with 3 Tbsp. Water mixed.
Olive Oil, 1/4 C.
PETERSON FARMS, Triple Cherry Blend, 1/4 C.
Raisins, 1/4 cup (not packed)
Pecans,1/4 C. cup, chopped
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Kroger Flour, White Whole Wheat, 1 cup.
*Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 1 1/2 C.
Baking Soda, 2 1/2 tsp.
Salt, 1/2 tsp.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix in the fruit and cereal mixture.Pour mixed and combined ingredients into lined greased muffin tins about 2/3 full and bake for 20 min. Remove from pans and cool before storing in an air tight container.
