Introduction

This is such a creamy pasta dish, even without any cream or milk! Time it so your pasta is done the same time as the bacon. The heat from the pasta and oil will cook the egg mixture. Ingredients

    1 box (14oz) Ronzoni Smart Taste Thin Spaghetti
    12 slices Oscar Mayer Center cut Bacon, diced
    3 large eggs
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in serving bowl.
Meanwhile, put oil, bacon, and garlic in skillet and cook unil bacon is crisp.
Beat eggs and add parmesan cheese. (you could add a few tbsp milk or half and half to make this creamier.)
Pour egg mixture over pasta. Pour bacon mixture over this and stir gently and quickly. (This step cooks the eggs). Serve and enjoy!
Makes about 7 1-cup servings.
