Ingredients

    Best Foods light mayo, lemon juice, walnuts, shrimp, honey, brown sugar, low-fat sweetened condensed milk

Directions

Start boiling walnuts, change water as it turns brown. After 10 min, add brown sugar. Let boi l for additional 10-15min.
Start sauteeing shrimp, lightly spray pan with PAM.
Start sauce-combine mayo, lemon juice, condensed milk and honey. Simmer on low.
Drain walnuts, spread over cookie sheet, put in toaster oven-toast on "dark".
Fold shrimp and walnuts into sauce.
