Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 20 ounces (remove)
    **Old El Paso Chili Seasoning (1) Packet, 6 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 0.5 cup (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes, 1 cup (remove)
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (remove)
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

Cut up chicken, saute in olive oil. Add chili seasoning and all other ingredients except cheese and sour cream. simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked add cheese and sour cream. Serve over rice.
