Whole Wheat Focaccia Bread

Ingredients

*Flour, Pillsbury Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
*Flour, white, 1.5 cup
Yeast, bakers, 3 tsp
Salt, 1 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Olive Oil, 6 tbsp
1.5 cups warm water
Directions
Makes 6 generous portions.
Combine dry ingredients in mixer. Stir to mix. With mixer on "stir", slowly add the water followed by the olive oil. Knead (either in mixer or by hand) until you have a smooth elastic ball of dough. Allow to rise in warm place until doubled. Punch down and divide into 6 portions for individual loaves or one large loaf. Brush with additional olive oil if desired (not counted in calorie count) and use any toppings of your choice. I like chopped tomato, garlic and more spice and a bit of sea salt.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
