Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup broccoli flowers
    3 cauliflower flowers
    2 stalks celery cut on angle
    1 cup snap green beans
    1/2 medium red onion sliced
    1 bell pepper your choice I used orange
    l Tbls Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1/4 tsp ginger paste or chopped ginger
    l Tbls. Soy Sauce
    1 Tbls sesame seeds, optinal

Directions

Saute all veggies and ingredients until done to your likeness. Add fresh mushrooms half way through.
