Introduction

Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
FOR "crust":
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (and any others you like )
On TOP:
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
various pizza toppings (I chose turkey pepperoni, green peppers, and onions)
Directions
Preheat oven 375 degrees.
With mixer, blend softened cream cheese and eggs together until smooth. Add Parmesan cheese and heavy cream and continue mixing. Add spices such as garlic powder. Spray cookie sheet and evenly spread out 2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Pour the batter evenly over the cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the top is brown.
Spread your sauce and toppings and cover with the rest of the cheese. Put back in the over for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese melts.

DELISH!!! The only thing I did a little different was I put a thin layer of tomato paste and then some pixxa sauce on top of that just to give it a real zingy tomato taste...YUMMY YUMMY YUMMY. My husband is a very picky eater and he loved it :) This recipe will be a weekly staple in our house... - 9/1/11

I thought this was delicious. This is the first low carb pizza I've made. I made the crust with half mozz, half sharp cheddar, because i didn't have enough for the cup on top if I didnt do that. And I also didn't have any pizza sauce, so I used a 2/3 of the cute little italian tomato paste. Yum! - 7/23/11
