Ingredients

    1 Mission 96% Fat Free Whole Wheat Tortilla
    1 TBSP Spaghetti Sauce
    1/8 cup Mozzarella Cheese (Low Moist, Part Skim)
    1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
    1/4 cup diced Bell Peppers

Directions

Preheat Oven to 400 F. Spray a cookie sheet with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Place Tortilla on tray. Add Spaghetti Sauce. Add Mushrooms and Bell Peppers. Then add the cheese. Bake for 5 minutes.

  • OMG, this was awesome I made it tonight didn't have any bellpepper so I used mushrooms and onions sauteed them half way on the stove top in some olive oil, fresh garlic, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes, mozzarella, was delish, really felt like i was eating a thin crust pizza!!!!!! - 9/10/11

  • I made this last night when my family decided they had to order pizza...and I didn't feel left out at all!! It was wonderful...and I added a bit of zucchini as well as some onions. Very tasty!! - 4/9/10
