Ingredients

    4 Turkey Cutlets
    1 tsp of olive oil
    1 cup of flour
    1/4 cup of egg beaters
water, fill till turkey is covered (mine was about 5 cups)
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    1/5 tsp of oinon powder
    1/5 tsp of garlic powder
    1/5 tsp of pepper

Directions

Start by putting the eggs in one bowl, then the flour in another bowl. Egg the cutlet then dip into flour , coating both sides. Repeat with all other cutlets. (medium heat) Pour olive oil in pan and sear the cutlet until they are brown on both sides. Then add in the water, milk, garlic, onion powder, pepper, and onion cover for remainder of time. Lower heat just a little bit, maybe down to next notch on stove. Stir occasionally. This will make a gravy mixture and you can serve with brown rice and pour the gravy over both the cutlet and gravy! Makes 4 servings
