Mock Cabbage Rolls

Easy Cabbage Dinner Easy Cabbage Dinner
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 medium head cabbage, roughly chopped
    24 oz (1 1/2 pound) lean hamburger, browned
    1 cup chopped onion, browned with hamb.
    2 cans tomato soup
    1.5 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tbsp. basil

Directions

Into large casserole dish or glass 9x13 pan place chopped cabbage. Put the browned hamburger and onion mixture on top of the cabbage. Top this with 2 cans of tomato soup, spooned over mixture. Add salt, pepper and basil. Loosely cover with cover or tin foil and bake for 90 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes approximately 8-1 and 1/2 cup servings.
