This is a yummy taco salad, made with Ground Buffalo. Buffalo is super lean, you don't even have to drain the fat because there is none! It tastes identical to ground beef, I absolutely love it! Ingredients

    1 lb of Ground Buffalo
    Lettuce
    Tomato
    Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese- Light
    Sour Cream (Use light, to reduce fat.. the above calculations use the full fat version)
    Salsa
    Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (use as directed, and you can use the Low Sodium kind to reduce Sodium)

Directions

Fry up buffalo, add seasoning as directed.

Chop veggies, Mix up everything, Tada!! That's it.
