Seafood Sandwich Stuffing

Introduction

I used a whole wheat wrap with this-delicious

Ingredients

    5 legs of imitation crab
    1/4 cup non fat greek yogurt
    1/8 cup miracle whip light
    1/8 cup each of onion, celery, green pepper
    1/4 cup cucumber
    1 tsp. each of lemon juice, vinegar,dill weed
    1/2 tsp. each of lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. sea salt or to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in glass bowl, let stand in refridgerator for 30 minutes allow flavors to blend together. Serve in warm wrap or pita and garnish with lettuce, tomato or other vegetables of choice. Yields 2, 3/4 cup servings.
