Ingredients

    4 egg whites
    1/4 c. fat free cottage cheese
    1/8 cup shredded (taco) cheese
    2 tbp. Pace Chunky Mild Salsa
    2 oz. or 1/4 c. 8th Continent Light Original soy milk

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in microwavable bowl and heat
for 1 minute on high or until completely risen and
done.
2. Weekends- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
