Introduction

We make this alot. Its pretty simple and its pretty good. its not very pretty though. im sure ive always done it wrong, but its still pretty good. We make this alot. Its pretty simple and its pretty good. its not very pretty though. im sure ive always done it wrong, but its still pretty good.

Ingredients

    Canned Corned Beef (two cans)
    two large heads of ripe green cabbage
    a couple of potatoes
    butter
    coriander
    salt and pepper

Directions

cut up and boil the cabbage and cubed potatoes (skin on) in salted water just until its almost done. drain. add half a stick of butter, the coriander, salt and pepper.
slice and cube the corned beef, add to the pot, stir, let cook just a few min (five to ten minutes)..serve.

good served with homemade bread, or cornbread.
