Introduction

Ingredients

    1 16 oz bag of steamables green peas
    1 16 oz bad of steamables asian vegetables
    1 cup of celery cut large
    2 cans of stewed tomatoes
    1 can of RoTel with Chilies
    1 can of tomato paste
    2 cups chopped onion
    1 large bag of miniature carrots
    8 cups of water
    Greek seasoning to taste

Directions

throw it all in a pot, when pot reaches boil, reduce heat to medium and boil for 45 minutes. serving size is 1 1/2 cups.
