Charlie's Chili

Introduction

This classic dish is sure to please, givin' you that warm feelin' inside. This classic dish is sure to please, givin' you that warm feelin' inside.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1 cup of vidalia onions chopped
    1 cup of dried pinto beans
    water
    2 cans of chicken broth
    1 can of diced tomatos
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 large jar of salsa to taste
    2 packs of chili seasonin'
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tobbasco hot sauce to taste

Directions

Cook your beef with the onions on a frying pan. Drain fat (if any).
Wash your beans and boil them in a pot with 1 can of chicken broth and water, adding 1 table spoon of salt (adjust to suit your requirements).
When the beans are done, drain the broth off them and combine the beans, beef with onions,1 can of chicken broth, tomatos,tomato sauce, salsa and 2 packets of chili seasoning.
Bring it to a simmer.
Taste it to see if it is to your taste. You can add tobasco and salt; keepin' in mind that the flavors will intensify as they combine.

Serve with crackers.
