Ingredients

    6 ounce - Fat free yogurt any flavor
    1/3 c - old fashioned oats
    3/4 c - sliced bananas
    2 tbsp - almonds

Directions

Mix yogurt and oats in bowl. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning top with almonds and bananas.
