2 .5 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
.25 tsp Salt
.25 Cup Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce
.25 Cup Olive Oil
1 Large Egg
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
.5 tbsp. Baker's Dessert Filling
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
(If the dough seems too dry, add a little water or juice)
Wrap the dough in plastic, and chill for an hour.
Roll out dough, and use a glass to cut out circles.
Put some filling in the center of each circle, then turn up the dough on three sides to form a 3 cornered Hamentashen.
Preheat over to 350.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
