Introduction

Ingredients



    * Ripe Avocado, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds
    * 2 Fresh Roma Tomatoes (Medium) - seeds and pulp removed
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * *Tostitos Restaurant Style Salsa, 6 tbsp
    * Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp
    * the juice of one fresh lime
    * 1 tsp olive oil (optional but makes dip much creamier).

Directions

Seed and chop tomatoes, peel and chop garlic and fresh cilantro, juice lime. Remove avocado skin and pit, mash into bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mash. Makes 2 very generous servings or 4 small servings.
