Teresa's pot roast

Introduction

Just my typical roast. I used a 2lb roast, Add ingred according to your family size. Just me so sm portions I used calorie count according to pkg on meat . Just my typical roast. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lb roast
    1TBSP of olive oil
    1 TBSP of flour to dust roast
    6-7 cups of water, needs lots to cover roast
    Au Jus mix
    Seasoning that you like ( I used a garlic blend, salt, pepper)
    3 o4 4 potatoes clean, and quartered . I left skin on
    - about 1 half of a onion cut into chunks
    7 or 8 little carrots (baby carrots- about 2 inches)
    2 stalks of celery- and leaves left on cut into 2 inches

Directions

dust the meat with flour and saute' in pot with 1 tbsp of olive oil
Brown all sides of meat. season according to taste.
Add the water, Add in cleaned vegetables that is cut into chunky pieces.
After about 1 hour add in Au Jus mix and bring back to a boil .
Boil in pot, for about 2 hours until tender or beef is fork tender .Add water as needed
