Introduction

My children and their friends always loved my macaroni and cheese. I would make it for the "kids" at family parties and the adults ate it as much as the children. Now I am often aked to bring my macaroni and cheese to family gatherings. My children and their friends always loved my macaroni and cheese. Ingredients

    Land O Lakes 2% American Cheese, 10 oz, broken in to pieces
    1 lb. Barilla Elbow Noodles
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Milk, 1%, 2 cups

Directions

Cook elbows in salted water according to package directions. Strain and return to pot. Add milk, butter and cheese. Cook over medium heat until melted and creamy.
