Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can Great Northern Beans rinsed
    4 Large Eggs
    1 tsp low sodium baking soda
    1 Cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground,
    2Tbls Olive Oil

Directions

Preheat oven 400F

Put all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.
Bake in greased muffin pans or use paper muffin cups.

Bake at 400F for 20 mins or until a knife comes

(may use egg beaters or 8 egg whites to reduce calories)
