Biggest Loser Turkey Chili

Ingredients

20.8 oz turkey, ground
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp chili powder
1.5 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp coriander
.5 tsp oregano
1 tsp cinnamon
.5 marjoram
1 cup tomato sauce
2 cans whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 cups black beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
in a large stock pot, put in turkey, spices, garlic, pepper. cook until turkey is no longer pink.
add tomatoes and tomato sauce. bring to a boil. then simmer for 5 min uncovered
add cilantro and beans and cook for another 5 min
serve with shredded low fat cheese
