Ingredients

    Three simple ingredients to perfection!

    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup
    8th Continent Original Vanilla Light Soymilk, 10 oz
    Dole Dark Sweet Cherries - Frozen, 1 cup

Directions

Combine all ingredients into smoothie maker or blender and blend to your favorite consistency. No ice needed for this recipe ~ it's pure, heavenly health!!!!

This makes 2+ one-cup servings and is still great the next day!
