Ingredients

4 14.5 oz cans of chicken broth
2 -1 lb. bags of california blend or other frozen vegetables
1- 10oz can Rotel tomato and green chiles
10 oz. 2% Milk (light) Velveta Cheese
Directions
bring broth and rotels to a boil, add veggies, cook on medium heat until veggies are tender. Cube up cheese and put into soup pot. Simmer only til cheese is melted.
