Introduction

A yummy 24 ounce all-fruit smoothie, with added hemp protein powder. For those of us who don't seem to get enough protein in our diet, or dairy-and-meat-and-soy-free folks, this is a great and tasty way to increase your protein intake! A yummy 24 ounce all-fruit smoothie, with added hemp protein powder. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of apple cider (or orange juice, or coconut water, or whatever 100% fruit juice you prefer)
    2/3 cup fresh/frozen peach
    2/3 cup fresh/frozen mango
    2/3 cup fresh/frozen orange
    1 packet of nutiva Amazon Acai Hemp Shake (or Spirutein or whatever protein mix you prefer)

Directions

1. Cut up the fruit into medium large chunks,
2. Stick it all into a blender with a handful of ice and turn on the blender,
3. Turn off the blender when everything is mixed well,
4. Pour it into your glass,
5. Enjoy!
