Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins

Introduction

A low fat and low calorie twist on the blueberry muffin. Bursting with flavor and goodness! A low fat and low calorie twist on the blueberry muffin. Bursting with flavor and goodness!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2c whole wheat flour
    1/8c sugar
    3 packets Truvia
    1/4tsp baking powder
    1/4tsp baking soda
    1/2tsp cinnamon
    1/4tsp allspice
    1 egg white
    1c skim milk
    2tbsp Newman's Orange Mango Tango juice
    1 1/2c blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Line cupcake pan with liners or use cooking spray.
Combine all dry ingredients into large mixing bowl. Mix well. Combine all wet ingredients (except blueberries) into a separate bowl. Whisk together. Combine wet into dry in large mixing bowl - stir until just mixed. Fold in blueberries.
Cook for approx 20 minutes. Let cool on wire rack at least 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Makes 12 muffins.
