Cornmeal Pancakes

Introduction

1/25 cup skim milk
1 lg egg
1 cup yellow cornmeal
6 tsp (2 tbls) splenda
3 tsp ( 1 tbls) baking powder

3 tsp ( 1 tbls) baking powder

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1.25 cups skim milk
    1 lg egg
    1 cup yellow cornmeal
    6 tsp ( 2 tbls) splenda
    3 tsp ( 1 tbls) baking powder
    Add baking powder to cornmeal, beat egg add milk, then cornmeal & baking powder mixture.

Directions

Cook in a teflon fry pan with a little olive oil spray,
until medium brown on each side
1/4 cup is a serving makes 6 servings, I make the whole recipe up and then freeze individually to use other days warm again in microwave or frypan haven't tried toaster but it make work also
